That's why we are looking for two team members to join us on this journey: a Marketing Staff and a Sales Representative.

Marketing Staff:
As our Marketing Staff member, you will play a crucial role in helping us spread our message and reach our target audience. Your responsibilities will include website design, video editing, creating social media content, blogging, SEO, and other digital marketing tasks. We are looking for someone who is creative, skilled, and has a passion for making an impact through marketing.
Sales Representative:
As our Sales Representative, you will be essential in helping us turn our vision into reality. Your main duties will include using our customer relation management system (CRM) to start conversations with potential clients and successfully converting them into business. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to close deals effectively, and most importantly, be God-fearing. We believe that having a strong relationship with God is essential in achieving our mission.
What sets us apart from other companies is that we value our team members' growth and development. As we grow as a company, your salary will grow too. We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication, and we are committed to providing ongoing training and support for our team members.
As a start-up company, we understand the importance of building strong relationships with our team members. That's why, for the first month, we offer a base salary of 75,000frs per month to cover your rent, transportation, and food expenses. After that, your salary will be based on your performance and the company's growth. We want you to feel valued and appreciated for your contributions to our mission.

We want individuals who are skilled, driven, and ready to hit the ground running from day one. We will provide training and support, but it's essential that you come in with the necessary skills and experience.
